Hi Barbara - I have a 2 " binder (need to get a bigger one) full of copies of all

of the bloodwork, MRI's, Xrays and any other test/doctor note that I've had

done. I separate it with dividers by the type of test and bring it with me to

any new doctor that I go to. It has been extremely helpful to me in order to

stay on top of who I saw, who said what and why - as well as helping with my SSD

case. This way I don't have to rely on another doctor office sending all of the

info requested because I just take it with me.....Doreen :)

Hi Irish: When I have blood drawn, my PCP and Rheumy each get a copy of the

results. This way, they both know what is going on with me.

Hugs,

Barbara

Hi Doreen:

You sure have great documentation in a nice organized file. I am sure

all that information will help you get your much deserved SSDI.

I hope you get approved soon. The waiting is nerve wracking.

Hope you have many pain free days ahead.

Hugs,

Barbara
