Guest guest
Hi Suzie, No, I never did go to see Dr. Errico. I couldn't see that him having "taken over" Dr. Keim's practice was really a recommendation of his skills. Dr. Keim either wouldn't or couldn't give me any other names, which I thought was weird. I felt he was just pushing Dr. Errico's practice. I am not saying that was so, it was just my feeling. I had an "in" to talk to the Director of Quality Assurance at HHS, and after that conversation I saw Dr. Boachie and he did my revision. I hope you get the help you need. Are you actually afraid to see another doctor or afraid to ask Dr. Errico for a name? I highly recommend Dr. Boachie. I don't see why you would need a referral from Dr. Errico. Good luck. I hope you get the help you need. Don't give up seeking a resolution! Please let us know what you decide to do. Bonnie [ ] To Bonnie Hi Bonnie~ I saw that you had contacted Dr Keim and that you said that he suggested that you see Dr Errico....did you do that? When I contacted him he too suggested that I see Dr Errico seeing as he took over Dr Keims practice. My mom had suggested to me the other day that she thought that I should again call him and ask him for another doctor to see inlight of my recent experiences. I was afraid to do that so I am kind of feeling like I am hanging here in limbo but know that I NEED help and am not getting it! UGH!! I hope that your son has continued good success and longevity with his fusion! Hope you are doing well! Suzie Sneak preview the all-new .com. It's not radically different. Just radically better. Guest guest
Hi Bonnie~ I would love to hve Dr B's address and a phone number would you mind giving it to me?! Thank you!! I was afraid that another doctor might not get involved because Dr E was the one who did my revision work. Dr E wanted me to have a doctor here in SC to act as a complimentary care doctor incase I had a problem after surgery and I couldn't get anyone to touch me! I asked Dr E to help me find someone back then and he said that that was my responsibility. When I was up there afew weeks ago we discussed my needing another Lumbar Sympathectomy and that my pain mgmt doc couldn't find anyone here to do it and he wanted Dr E to do it since he did the last one and knew my back better than anyone...he flat out refused to do it. He said that he personally knew of doctors in my area that he would trust to do the surgery, but when we asked who they were he said he couln't remember any names. How frustrating is that?! I am so happy that you had such a great outcome with Dr B!! That is very encouraging! I need to do something here this is rediculous I have pain where there was none prior to my revision. Anyway, thank you Bonnie!! Have a great day!! SuzieBonnie <bonnie@...> wrote: Hi Suzie, No, I never did go to see Dr. Errico. Guest guest
Hi Suzie... I doubt that most spine surgeons have ever performed sympathetomies, so I'm guessing that you should be glad that Dr. Errico refused to do it. :-) -- > > Hi Bonnie~ > I would love to hve Dr B's address and a phone number would you mind giving it to me?! Guest guest
I don't think Bonnie meant it that way at all. I was just thinking about it and remembering a time when I didn't think about such things at all. When I wanted to do something I just did it. Things are different now. I try to sketch something everyday and if it's not on my " priority " list it just doesn't happen. Stan, Seattle, Sun! [ ] To Bonnie I do not want to be rude, but I am offended by your statement " determination of those dealing with the disease " I have so much determination and my body will not move! LOL I used to work full time, I am also in the medical field, so I really miss my work JMO Please know people with RA do not give up, their body does. Thanks for listening God Bless Kathy Michigan ------------------------------------
Guest guest
I did not mean to offend anyone, but I still stand by what I said... My disease is not in remission, and I am on pain meds daily amongst everything else. I am not saying that everyone with the disease can or can not work... Everyone is an individual. All I was saying is that just because we have these diseases, that it doesn't mean we can't work. I know people who use this disease to not work, not because they can't, but because they'd rather not. Sorry to have upset you Bonnie > > I do not want to be rude, but I am offended by your statement > " determination of those dealing with the disease " > I have so much determination and my body will not move!
