no job/ no insurance/ long

This is my problem. I have this beautiful friend of about ten years. Since

she has been overweight / morbidly obese( about 400 lbs at 5' tall) no one

will hire her. She lives with her father thank heavens. She has had

stapling once before regained all 100 lbs back plus 100 lbs more. I know

this would be the answer for her(the bypass) but she can't pay for it. Is

there some way? Some type of angel plan that would help her if she could

prove that she is in fact unable to work due to prejudices. She is rather

large and the remainder of the 300 lbs rests literally on her knees. Please

HELP!!!
