Guest guest
Crystal, That is really interesting because it is really since I started taking Threonine (to potenially help leg stiffness) that I have had an increase in some other symptoms. Perhaps the Threonine I'm taking is from a whey product, as was in your case. It is not marked as such on the bottle. I'm going to stop taking it for a few days and see what happens. My cognitive functioning is really off. It is hard for me to think or focus. I even had a hard time following the story line of the Andy Griffith show last night. This is the first time I have really felt like my cognition is declining, and it's scary. I will also try Janet's suggestion of drinking more water. I think I haven't been drinking as much water lately, as Janet mentioned could be the case. As to the holidays, no they are not particularly stressful to me any moreso than any other time dealing with this illness and my financial concerns, and I still do not feel physically able to go back to work and still have no income. Well anyway, thanks for the feedback. > > but am a little disappointed by the > > last few days being so bad while I've been so faithful to the diet > for > > a couple months now. Guest guest
Techinically, oats are gluten-free however this problem is more with cross-contamination. The oats have to be grown, processed and packaged in oat-only facilites. Yes - Bob's Red Mill does have a gluten-free oat as well as some other companies. > > I thought that the oats were gluten free? > > > > > > If something is wheat-free, it might still contain barley, oats or rye > > which all contain gluten. > > > > >
