Guest guest Posted September 15, 2008 Report Share Posted September 15, 2008 *I bought 2 pounds of M & Ms yesterday (my favorite!) because they were on sale, and then promptly forgot that I bought them. *I went to the grocery store on Friday and did NOT taste a little of everything that I bought when I got home. *Went to a football party/cookout last night and did not eat anything because I wasn't hungry (and didn't want it!) *Read a book on Saturday and did not think about snacking while I read it. *Did a little movement and stretching while watching TV, realizing that it IS worth doing SOMEthing (gray), even if I am not doing an entire proper workout (black & white). *Was PMSing and stressing out last week and did not binge. *Have a fridge full of my old favorite binge foods....and they are still there! *Only remember feeling " over-full " once or twice last week. *More and more often, when I am not hungry, I am not thinking about food. *I feel like everything is " clicking " into place.
