Guest guest
Hi Soni - sorry to hear things are so confusing for you right now. Are you seeing a Rheumatologist? If you are and aren't happy with his/her care, its not unusual to seek out another one for either a second opinion or to just change Rheumy's altogether. It took them a while to finally diagnose me, but if I knew then what I know now, I would've been more aggressive in getting answers. YOU pay for their services. They work for YOU. Push to get what you need to have done and get the answers you seek. Best of luck to you..... Doreen Got my MRI results yesterday. Turns out the pain in my left foot was due to a 'transverse fracture' (according to MRI report) or 'stress fracture' due to the rheumy. Does that mean I have the makings of the same thing on my other foot, since I have pain in the same spot there? Also doesn't explain why my wrist was stiff and sore for about a month, or my knee pain before that... are they all independent problems, and not RA after all? (My RF was 20 (our lab says anything over 14 is a problem) but my other blood tests were normal. They also did not see inflammation on the RA. Urgh, I just want to know what the deal is and if I actually have it or not - any insight? Soni
