For whatever reason I can't seem to get this message to go

through. Actually the first time I tried to send this I

had the email address wrong. If this did get through

before and it didn't show up in my bin, my apologies.

In response to your email that you sent:

I am so glad to hear that you have a good church home.

That is neat how it is where you and Ron got married.

Are crocheting the prayer shawls? Some of the ladies in

my church make prayer shawls also.

I am doing ok. My RA was doing great up until last March

when I got tendonitis in my foot/ankle/leg. I was in a

cast boot for 6 weeks and then it took a while till I

could really feel like it was ok. Ever since then I have

lots of pain in my foot if I am on it too much. Prior to

this happening I was going to the YMCA at 5:00am every

week day and was running on the treadmill for 2 miles.

Now I still go to the Y every morning but I can only

walkl on the treadmill and then I am limping most of the

day.

My 19 year old daughter is moving out of the house this

weekend, into an apartment with her boyfriend. Not my

idea and she knows I am not keen on this. I am very close

to my daughter and it is hard to see her move out. She

will still be in the same town, but it makes me sad.

I am still working full time in the doctors office. I

also volunteer at the free medical clinic 2 days a month.

I am an elder at the church and play my flute every Sunday

morning.

My husband and I just took a trip recently to New England

and loved it. We were in Connecticut, New Hampshire,

Mass., and Maine. We did go into Vermont just a little

bit. It so beautiful back there. I am in Washington

state.

So good to have you back! Any new thoughts and ideas with

your disease? Any new advances? Have you had to have any

more lipomas excised?
