Guest guest
Jill, You might be seeing attachments to allow you to send the Rich Text Format (RTF) emails. Though it's not as interesting, you might want to change that to Plain Text. Sometimes fonts (especially the fancy ones .. depending on the email program) get shipped along with the email. However, I checked the only previous email I still had from you and did not find any attachments. Regards, =jbf= B. Fisher
Guest guest
Hi Jill, It's probably related to your mail software. At work we use Lotus Notes and we also use stationery that contains designs or logos. When I send an email to someone who is not a Lotus Notes user they get these small attachments. Regards, Pam Off subject advice Dear Bill, You seem to be our resident computer expert and you have been of great help in the past. I wonder if you or anyone else can help me with this one. Whenever I send an email, the general properties dialogue box says that I have sent one, or up to three attachments, when in fact I haven't sent any and no paper clip appears on my email. I receive the digest version and noticed that an earlier posting said my message had attachments which was a surprise to me. Any ideas? Thanks, Jill Lucas
