Guest guest
Kate, You have a beautiful family!! I know you are so proud to have them. I have a granddaughter, and would love to have some grandsons. Thanks for sharing, Tawny > > I think I uploaded pictures to our homepage! Stan! There's hope that I'm not becoming my mother! Well, at least on the technology front. > I tried to do a sample of Tommy photos but not ignore big brother Charlie. I had RA when I was pg with him, but didn't know it and didn't take any drug other then metformin for the PCOS. > > Some members asked about ASL. We learned a few signs from American Sign Language and it has really been a lifesaver. Charlie was late to get language and he was tons less frustrated being able to sign his simple needs. We've taught the same signs to Tommy, but as a second child, he seems to have faster language acquisition. > > Cheers everyone, Kate F >
Guest guest
Thanks, Kate! I was one of the ones asking about ASL. I think its awesome that your boys are learning this at an early age and I've heard its easier to teach in the beginning while their language skills are developing. I can see how it would be less frustrating for them as they are able to communicate their needs to you. I wish I had known that when my girls (30, 16) were little! Thanks for sharing the pictures of your family. Your boys are beautiful!.....Doreen I think I uploaded pictures to our homepage! Stan! There's hope that I'm not becoming my mother!
