it is hard to let go of terms like 'good' and 'bad'! After

all, food can be both depending on how YOUR body reacts to them. I

find diet mentality to be an EXternal thing so when a person talks

about a 'bad food' in a general, for-everyone type of fashion, then

that is diet mentality (aka from experts to us 'un-informed'). But

when a member here posts about how a food isn't reacting pleasantly

for them, then I agree its 'bad' for them :) :)

Trusting our own reactions to tell us whether or not something we eat

results are pleasing or unhappy is the only good or bad I'm trying to

utilize these days.

I just wanted to remind you that with IE, nothing is bad. With IE

there is not good or bad food, it is just food.
