Guest guest Posted August 15, 2008 Report Share Posted August 15, 2008 it is hard to let go of terms like 'good' and 'bad'! After all, food can be both depending on how YOUR body reacts to them. I find diet mentality to be an EXternal thing so when a person talks about a 'bad food' in a general, for-everyone type of fashion, then that is diet mentality (aka from experts to us 'un-informed'). But when a member here posts about how a food isn't reacting pleasantly for them, then I agree its 'bad' for them :) Trusting our own reactions to tell us whether or not something we eat results are pleasing or unhappy is the only good or bad I'm trying to utilize these days.
