Way to go desertholly! I just got off the phone with BC/BS. No answer

after 3 weeks. Of course they lost the paperwork for the first 2

weeks. Do you know what code Dr. Crookes put on the letter to BC/BS?

Was it 43847 or 43846? That seems to be an issue for some BC/BS

Congrats on your approval. Now here comes my usual question to BCBS

approved people....which code did Dr. Crookes submit for your

approval...43846 or 43847?
