Guest guest
Hey this is le. I'm new at IE and still a little unsure, but these last two weeks I have had some victories: 1. I realized the reason I was so hungry even after eating supposedly " right meals " of veggies and protein (with hardly any carbs) was because there were, hahah, no carbs. I added carbs to my meals and I haven't been waking up in the middle of the night and snacking on crackers and cookies. 2. I went out to dinner with my boyfriend, ordered what I wanted, and carefully ate. I didn't eat until I was stuffed! I stopped and was very proud that I ordered what I wanted and didn't feel gross after. 3. I realized that after two weeks of trying it out, I do feel better (both psychologically and physically, after eating some fruits and vegetables. I used to just do it because it was the " right diet thing to do, " but now I actually crave them and realize that my body functions better (it is easier for me to be regular) with them. I know this because I learned it myself and not because I was just blindly following some diet rule. 4. I would like to start taking a multivitmain, but I am not going to beat myself up if I don't remember to every day.
