This is the second time I ask this, but I hope someone can help me.

I need some adresses of good HFstores in Miami or Orlando.

My niece is a stewardess and she can buy some stuff for me and bring it back to

Holland. That is easier than online shopping and cheaper too!

So please give me some names and adresses where she can buy these things for me.

Not from Florida but here is an idea. We went visiting my siblings one in

MD and one in NC so I had them check their phone books in the yellow pages

under health food stores and call and ask which ones had the stuff I wanted.

So when I was there I went shopping! Have your niece look in the phone book

for you.

There are a few health foods stores in Orlando. One is Chamberlin's Market

& Cafe at 430 North Orlando Avenue, Winter Park, Florida, 32789, telephone

number . North Orlando Avenue is also known as Highway 17-92

and I'll give some directions from the airport. These directions are not the

quickest route, but they are the most direct on major highways. This

Chamberlin's has a nutritionist on staff, Joan Carroll, as well as a

dietician, Barbara (don't know last name). Neither are there all the time,

but anyone can pretty much help you. Directions from the Orlando

International Airport are head north on Highway 436 (a/k/a Semoran

Boulevard) and there's an exit coming out of the airport, so you can't miss

it. Go several lights, cross the intersection of Lake Underhill Road and

436 to the 408 overpass (a/k/a East-West Expressway) and head west. Take

the Interstate 4 exit and head East to the Lee Road Exit. At the end of the

ramp at Lee Road, turn right, and you'll be heading east. Lee Road will

dead end at Highway 17-92 (a/k/a North Orlando Avenue). Turn right onto

Highway 17-92 and get into the left hand lane. Turn left on " Gay Road "

which is an entrance into a large shopping strip. Once you turn left into

the shopping strip, take the first right and you'll be pulling into the

parking area of Chamberlin's. You'll be able to see Chamberlin's at the

intersection of Gay Road and Highway 17-92.

Another store which I have never visited but which has been highly

recommended is Get Healthy at 5701 Red Bug Lake Road, telephone number

. I believe that is right off Highway 436 (Semoran Boulevard),

so it would be easier traveling for your niece, but I am not sure of the

products they have in their store.
