Elephant Ears vs. Beaver Tails

A beaver tail is something like a large danish, and isn't quite as light as an

elephant ear. Beaver tails also come in different flavours - apple, blueberry,

cheese and chocolate to name a few. They are both really good, and like all

tasty things are probably really bad for you - but it's worth it.

Like any good Canadian I enjoy Elephant Ears, but I think I like Beaver Tails

even more.

And no, we really aren't that cruel to either elephants or beavers. (-:
