Congrats Sigi!!! One of the reasons I love being here is being with

wonderful people who are making positive changes in their lives. You

fill that bill PLUS have made me smile lots too! Great to share the IE

journey with you :)

Way to go! I think your pom-pom girls should celebrate your first year

Oh darn, it's still schmushed. I guess the girls will just have to

eat schmushed cake. Maybe it'll come out right for the people that

get messages via e-mail. Is there any way to edit a message you post?

I see a delete, but I image that it still goes to the e-mail people

even if you delete it.

But I digress, the point was to say congratulation to you Sig, for

being here with the group for a year. That's terrific.

LOL - thanks Arnie! Nothing wrong with a bit of schmuschy cake. The

girls still think it's gooooood ...

Some of my favourite cakes to make are ones which, unfortunately,

regularly seem reluctant to come out of their nice safe baking pans,

so they end up with, er, " character " . Of course, if you apply enough

whipped pure cream over the top of any de-panning disasters and then

grate a little dark chocolate over the top, no-one need ever know,

right? Or else I cut them into pieces and plate up with a bit of

berry coulis, or pretend they were supposed to be slices or brownies

anyway.

Which reminds me - I have to go make a Father's Day cake for my Dad

now. Raspberry, lemon yogurt, or Black Forest? Hmmm...

Oh hey, I just looked down the chain of this post and now your cake

has miraculously un-schmusched itself on my screen. It's

beeYOOOtiful!
