Maybe I had a lucky strict but I had 4 total infusions - no side effects although I did have a reaction on my first time - they gave me enough benadryl to knock a horse out!the nurses keep contastat watch on you. For me - luck or not - I've been in remission for 2 yrs now! I starting to have a flare but personally - this drug has been a godsend for me! Good luck to you! in SC Sent from my iPhone On Jun 25, 2010, at 2:21 PM, " megan_hartman " <megan_hartman@...> wrote: Hello - I start Rituxan on Monday. Guest guest
Both my son and I had Rituxan (4 treatments, 4 weeks in a row, 375 mg/m2) given for a type of systemic vasculitis, Polyarteritis Nodosa. It was given in March/April of 2010. We both did fine, no complications, and are both in full remission. Good luck on your treatment. It seems to work really well for most folks and puts many patients in full remission! Maggie Leigh PAN/WG '83 > > Hello - I start Rituxan on Monday.
