Ya'know Sig, I really think it will help me to be less worried about

whether I made the right decision or not to become an IE'er. There is

no looking back any more. IEing is simply the right thing for me to

do. The only down side has been the nuttiness in my head. But that is

there from all the dieting and it is only going to go away if I stay

on the IE path and learn to be more accepting of myself as I am.
