That makes total sense to me. I have always been wary of using low-fat or no fat stuff. I worry about what the food contains in place of the fat or to "make up" for the low fat content. Also, the low fat stuff tends to be more processed, which I don't like. This is just my personal preference :)

I few weeks ago I started reading a book called "the Mood Cure" because I have been having quit a lot of trouble with feeling good. The book suggests a way of eating that is very high in fats which I have not been doing even with IE. But now to improve my moods I am giving this food plan a try. So I have gotten rid of all my low and non fat foods and replaced them with their full fat counterparts. Tons of wonderful things are happening to me as a result.....but my diet police are freaking out big time. My food is tasing tons better and I am also better able to wait til I'm hungry and fill up faster when I eat more fat and my craving are way down...who would have thought...The book said it would happen but I was skeptical... to say the least. And I'm a happy camper almost all the time too.

Simply remind your diet police that YOU are a much better judge of

what your body needs AND appreciates than they ever could be. So

kindly suggest that they STUFF their own mouths with all the foods

they think are 'good' so you don't have to hear to them ;-) - lol

Would love to hear more about this book, I struggle badly with my mood. If you have time and feel like it, email me personally.

Good for you if this makes you feel better.
