Guest guest Posted September 13, 2008 Report Share Posted September 13, 2008 I few weeks ago I started reading a book called " the Mood Cure " because I have been having quit a lot of trouble with feeling good. The book suggests a way of eating that is very high in fats which I have not been doing even with IE. But now to improve my moods I am giving this food plan a try. So I have gotten rid of all my low and non fat foods and replaced them with their full fat counterparts. Tons of wonderful things are happening to me as a result.....but my diet police are freaking out big time. My food is tasing tons better and I am also better able to wait til I'm hungry and fill up faster when I eat more fat and my craving are way down...who would have thought...The book said it would happen but I was skeptical...to say the least.
