Guest guest
I, too, at times worry that I will slip back into my old ways. How have you, Katcha, kept up the IEing for more than a year? What has kept you focused and mindful? How has anyone who has been doing IEing for a while been continually mindful? I don’t want to go back into that binge zone and diet mentality. I welcome all of your thoughts. And being able to maintain an interest in something slips to all time lows. My mind is saying - pay more attention to eating (mindfulness), but I just can't seem to keep that going. I'm sure this too will pass as the temps drop, but I have to admit that I do catch myself wondering if I will slip back into a state of seemingly blissful ignorance and never come back! Thanks to all for being here to listen to whines too Katcha IEing since March 2007

Guest guest
Gayle, what has helped me the most is being part of this group. Just keeping IE in my mind each day functions as a chosen focus vs. slipping back into diet mentality. Katcha IEing since March 2007 > > I, too, at times worry that I will slip back into my old ways. Guest guest
Sometimes posting here is all I need. Sometimes I just need a place to vent. I'll leave the fixing things to my husband. Since posting here he's noticed I seem happier - smiling more. Thanks, J. > > > > I, too, at times worry that I will slip back into my old ways. That's one of my bigger fears at the moment: that I can't keep up with the new ways and go back to the old ones. It has nothing to do with temperature though, more with the fact that " the new ways " seem to be so damn energy draining. Regards s.
