Guest guest
This is my favourite time of year. The crispness in the air, the colours. My husband and I do our fall colours drive up north every year and it's so much fun and quite beautiful and relaxing. I'm more in the mood for stews, chilis and big mugs of tea. Guest guest
Hey Katcha, Yeah, this is the most quiet I have ever seen on this group. I started a temporary full-time position on Monday after not working full-time for a little over a year. So, I've been coming home most nights and passing out due to my body adjusting to a new 8 hour schedule. The nice thing is that the company where I am working has a huge campus, so I'm able to do my daily walk right after work and still go out about 15-20 minutes before work in the morning. I'm starting to crave soup...which I ate today for lunch...I'm starting to feel a nice chill in the air. Guest guest
That is wonderful news Latoya - congrats on the new job Its exciting and stressful in ways too. Sounds like you are giving good thought to how you will manage that for your (eating) needs. Yep, its soup weather by us here too. Had our quick meal favorite - tomato soup with a grilled cheese sandwich. Tasty and filling. I'm even getting thoughts about going outside to start our annual brush clearing project. Right after the RAIN (yea! yea! - this is DRY California) stops. I don't think I have ever realized it to this degree before. I saw tons of beautiful flowers in tons of yards as I rode down the streets. I also have had soup/stew resently which is exciting.especially since I can have what ever I want and I chose soup sometimes....even a lot. Gives me tons of hope that the " naturally slender " ?IE eater is alive and well in me.
