I have found that since I have developed RA and fibromialgia, I have an almost

insatiable craving for fruit. Other than fruit, I will eat steak and some dairy

and that is about it. I have zero interest in any starchy foods, pork or

chicken. I eat fruit for breakfast and lunch, and a salad and meat for dinner.

Even though I enjoy the meat, I can't eat very much of it. This has resulted in

a slow weight loss (always welcome) from 163, down to 150 over the past 6

months. Odd
