Introducing myself

Hello group,

I've been lurking for a litte while now and thought I'd introduce

myself as not to feel like a voyeur. :)

My history - sorry if this is long.

My name is . I've had MS for 6 years now. For the first 2 years

I did nothing, therapy wise. I was scared and trying to have a second

child so I didn't want to take any medications. After baby #2 I

started on Rebif and took that, reluctantly, for 3.5 years. I hated

every minute of it. I did not get better, developed Raynaud's

phenomenon from it and my right leg slowly kept getting more and more

spastic.

Early this year I finally built up the courage to stop the Rebif.

What a relief ! I started taking my health into my own hands -

believing I could recover and the result was a cascade of events.

First, I encountered a wonderful lady who referred me to a great MD

who practices alternative therapies. He introduced me to LDN which I

started in March of this year.

I am on a grain-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, whole food diet.

Basically I eat meat, fish, eggs, fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and

some honey. A Paleo diet basically. I have been tested twice for

candida - both times negative and don't have any symptoms I believe

are candida related.

My present physical condition - I drag my right leg around. It is

quite spastic and I have difficulty lifting my toes, ankle and whole

leg. Other than that I have some blurry vision - occasionally and

some minor bladder/bowel issues.

I have just started the Klenner protocol of B1 and Liver Extract

injections plus oral supplements. I have faith that this, combined

with my diet, will help me to recover fully.

Any feedback on my approach would be great !

Also - does the group post personal stories, testimonials or anything

in the files section of our group. Just as a resource to anyone

wanting to know who has had what kind of success with different

treatments?

Thanks,
