Finally, I have FINALLY gotten where I don't feel like I have to write down every calorie I eat, or every exercise I do. !!!!!!! I am so relieved at that. I am really paying attention to when I am hungry. If I think that

maybe I might not really be hungry but bored, I stop and drink a little water.... and if I still feel hungry then

I eat.

I have seen a few posts that have asked about diet books. I have never done well in other groups because God

forbid you eat a piece of chocolate. Or bread.... or whatever a person there thinks you should not eat if you want to loose weight. Ya know, I don't know if I really want to focus on loosing weight. I want to be active. I want to feel healthy. I want to be able to play with my kids and not be out of breath. And if that means I am 210 lbs. or 130 lbs. whatever. But I cant stress myself over this anymore. :) So, finally, I change my ways. No more writing what I eat down, or anything. I dont own any diet books. I could never bring myself to buy them...... Cause what happens when you go back to eating regular food?

So, for me it is a new day. And I feel good.
