I just read about Ipriflavone which works naturally in the body just like the prescription meds do - to rebuild bone [osteoblast], halt the decay of bone [osteoclast] and increase calcium absorption. some of the calcium supplements out there have ipriflavone in them. Congrats michelle on a great test - I know when I got my results back I was devastated - how could someone who drank a gallon of milk a day for over 25yr. have osteoporosis - after research I found out it was from the thyroid medication I have to take daily for over 14yr. now and possibly the gain and loss of 50-100lb. 5or6X over the past25yr.
