I work fulltime & need to know if I can file for disability benefits?

I work fulltime and find it very hard to work after 4-5hours. I am very tired,

have no energy and my hand & feet jont's stiffen where is ti hard to continue

using my computer & filing. I need to know if I can file for disability benefits

or is it very hard to get aapoved?
