I do this life style some what already. want to learn some more stuff. saw a show on tlc this year. some paul guy host it. so I start looking up group stuff. saw this group when I did. so thought I whould join. I thought it might help me some more. I do not keep junk food in the house mostly sugar stuff. because I probley whould be eating it 24 hours a day. but i'm not really into sugar stuff as I was. now I love hot and spicy foods the most. I have a candy bar once a week usally. but I never want two or more now days. I try not to get to hunger. then I want to eat to much then. I think my body start me on this mostly. about 8 years ago was 230. was at subway one day.I usally ate the big sandwhich. that day I thought I do not really want to eat the whole thing. so start to eat less. I still eat pizza and hot dogs etc sometimes. but I just feel bad when I try to eat sugar stuff if i'm alone. if i'm at someone house no big deal.
