Guest guest Posted September 1, 2008 Report Share Posted September 1, 2008 I've been getting better at knowing when I'm hungry and trying not to eat when I'm not hungry - I still do occassionally, however, I no longer binge. I do not like feeling stuffed anymore. I have been noticing that I seem to know when I'm full but I continue to eat even though I know I've had enough. It seems to be a choice I keep making and I'm not sure why. Is it rebelling...so many things go through my mind but I can't put my finger on it and once I do I'll be better able to cope with it? Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions? As long as I keep over eating I'm going to hang on to this extra weight and I'm not comfortable with that. It's not about the weight it's really about figuring things out and I've had many, many successes and am feeling good but this one still has me in it's grips. Thanks, J.
