Just wondering > if that was common. , yes, it is common. It is known as REM Behaviour Disorder. When we sleep and enter REM sleep, our bodies normally supress all activity. Unfortunately, as we age, this control can slip. It appears that MSA can often be associated with REM Behaviour Disorder. It appears to make it worse. So, if someone complains they thrash about (often violently) during their sleep, they should see a sleep specialist. There are some medications that can help decrease this problem. Regards, =jbf= B.
