Guest guest
Thanks so much for the quick reply. Today, the area is much lighter in color. I called my family physician and the nurse said it is probably from joint swelling and my shoes rubbing the skin there. She said that vasculitis gets progressively dark and probably would not lighten back up. She said to watch it and call if there is any other changes. I'm sorry to be such a coward. I have never had any really major health issues other than common asthma problems, so this is scaring me to death. I wish I could get a diagnosis and get the anti-inflammatory medicine ASAP. My feet still get inflamed once I am walking for a while. Around here in this small town, it takes FOREVER to get an appointment with a specialist. I did investigate my phone book and found a Rheumatologist just a couple of blocks from my house. I really appreciate all the support I get here in this group. Nobody knows what this is like unless they have had it also. I am trying very hard to stop worry myself to an early grave and you all help me a lot! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
