Guest guest Posted February 16, 2010 Report Share Posted February 16, 2010 Are hips involved with RA? I'm a seronegative diagnosed person and was placed on plaquenil over a year ago. My hand joint pain and toes have gotten a lot worse this winter and now my right hip is giving my pretty bad pain. I think the plaquenil is not helping me but he says my joints are not being attacked yet and he thinks is a very mild form. I am allergic to NSAID's. Is there any thing else that can help me? I have an appointment with him in April and at my last appointment we discussed prednisone for flairs but these arn't flairs it's constant pain.
