Guest guest Posted September 1, 2008 Report Share Posted September 1, 2008 I just wanted to share something that I accomplished today... Last night, I was really struggling. I tried one of my feared foods and felt like I was going to get out of control with eating it and other things, so I posted to another group I belong to asking for support, let myself cry, and removed myself from the situation. By the way, this had been triggered in part by weighing in the morning and not liking the result. So, this morning, I put my scale in the closet. It's almost 10pm here and I still haven't weighed today!!!! I can't guarantee that this will last, but for me, it's a step in the right direction! Thanks for listening.
