Good article. I find it difficult to find supplments that aren't

filled with crap on the inside or the outside. Gelatin capsules are

made from animal products and may contain MSG. Practically everything

has fillers like magnesium stearate and such. Even Carlson's and

Nordic Natural's cod and fish oil (which are highly reputable)

contain " natural lemon flavor " which is most likely a term for MSG,

otherwise, they would just say " lemon. "

The only company I have found that is highly aware of these issues

and uses no fillers and only veggie caps is QNL Labs, by Dr. Bob

Marshall. However, I did a 5-month regimen on the QNL products and

saw zero improvement. It was quite expensive, so I stopped taking the

full regimen. I still take a few of the products.

This is why I've said all along that I don't take supplements. I do

take a few now, but as " medicine " , not as nutrition. I take gel caps

apart and eat the contents sprinkled in food. I have more

improvements now than I did when I took a slew of supplements.
