Guest guest
> > Please let me know your thoughts, experiences and > recommendations. > > Robbin > Our family does not take flu shots, but last year a homeopathic remedy called Dolivaxil (influenzinum) made by Delosis was highly recommended to me by a researcher. Three members of our family have compromised immune systems and every year they have at least three infectious episodes that cause them to be quite sick and lose work. I decided to try it. Bottom line? All three members sailed through the winter with no problems. Coincidence? I don't know but I've bought it for them again this winter. Delosis sold out to Boiron but Boiron makes the product. They call it Influenzinum. A fresh batch is made each year and usually released by mid October. I bought 9C strength in a multidose pak of about 75-80 pellets. You take 10 pellets under the tongue once a week for four weeks, wait three weeks and then take 10 more pellets. Cost was $6.29 per pak. I ordered from Budget Pharmacy in Miami, FL. - 1-800-221-9772. You can call Boiron for the closest distributor to you. Boiron's number is 1-800-258-8823 Ethel
Guest guest
Hi, Robbin: PERSONALLY, I would not go NEAR this stuff. They are still using the mercury compound thimerosal as a perservative. Look on Dr. Mercola's site and even www.waynegreen.com has an opinion (of course); this is one I agree with... Health, to You, Robbin <whitewaterwitch42@...> wrote:Good morning all, since being diagnosed with PM last year I have been unable to get an answer about taking the flu shot. So, I am putting it out to the group for you responses. I also have asthma and usually do take the flu shot as well as the pneumonia shot (every 3 years I beleive). I skipped the flu shot last year due to being in the middle of diagnosis phase and then the shortage of the vaccine plus I was not feeling well at all and thought that if I took it I would be asking for trouble. Guest guest
My wife works in a pharmacy and with extreme exposure to people in cold and flu season, her only protection is good old vitamin C in mega doses when she feels something coming on. She may take upwards of 50 grams of ester C the first day and that will be that. I have not had a flu shot in over 15 years and will never have another. I do the same thing (the mega-dose route) and have not had a cold or the flu in years. Guest guest
I remember Senator Dan ? from Indiana grilling the FDA about mercury in children's vaccinations-------and how it is HIGHLY suspected to contribute to autism in some children. At the end of the grilling he said, "and when will you tell my fellow Senators, that the free flu shot we get each year, also has mercury, and is suspected to contribute to Alzheimer's". Never had one, and thankful. God Bless, Sara

Guest guest
, I don't really know what your question is, but what condition do you have? I have MS, very progressed, and my doctor (one of them) told me NEVER to get another vaccination. I never had any problems with them either. The doc I went to on Monday in Odessa, TX looked at my live blood, and it shows me to be full of viruses. Not a good thing. Guest guest
That's strange. You can't see viruses under a light microscope, only an electron microscope. I don't think most docs know how to use electron microscopes. This doesn't sound right! And once you make a blood smear, you have to stain it to see right, which kills all the cells so it is not alive at all. I am mysttified by this. Did he give any explanation on howw he did that? Nola Re: [low dose naltrexone] Re: Flu shot question , I don't really know what your question is, but what condition do you have? Guest guest
I knew better than to say anything! There's always someone who knows more than an expert in their feild. (Not me, the alternative doctor) It's a Bradford microscope, not just a light microscope or even a darkfield. Shows candida as white spots, mold as black spots. The blood is alive as the red and white blood cells are swimming around. Some of the red blood cells look porcupine like which indicates viruses. Many of my red blood cells look like caterpillars, all clumped together. There are many personalities on a board such as this. Truly, if one doesn't agree with something, especially if they don't know what the subject pertains to, he/she doesn't need to put down a person for trying something different. I've seen enough different peoples 'live' blood under this speciaL type of microscope, and there is enough difference from one person to the next that I think there is something to it. The microscope test is CLEA approved where most insurance companies accept the results. So, if anyone else thinks I've wasted my time, don't waste your time responding. You may discourage someone else from getting help. Marcie oothappam <oothappam@...> wrote: That's strange. You can't see viruses under a light microscope, only an electron microscope. Guest guest
Conni, Viruses, airborne exposure or vaccinations, stay in our systems. Some longer than others. And some of us have a genetic predispostion to have problems with them. I'm apparrently one of the unlucky ones. Muscle testing (kenesiology) shows me to be high in Epstein-Barr, MMR, & polio. Traditional tests show me to have none. Go figure??? So, do I have polio or MS?? I had a traditional doc suspect polio a year ago, but the test was negative. Guest guest
Dear Marcie! Please don't take offense! I am just really curious, I've never heard of this and I am a retired cytotechnologist.I know that new stuff has popped up since I left the field and this one really got my curiosity going! I don't think for a second that you've wasted your time. If I have learned anything from having this horrible disease, it's that "traditional" medicine isn't going to help us, that we've got to be open minded and try new things, because the regular medical world doesn't seem to be willing to look anywhere else than at the usual meds to help us, meds that dont help us and can even hurt us. We need people who are willing to look elsewhere for answers. Kudos to your doc who is doing new things. He/She or someone like them (like Dr Bihari) will be the one to really help us! I just never heard of any way to look at live blood like this. I will try to learn more about this now! Guest guest
That is very interesting. When I was pregnant 20 years ago with my son, my friend told me I had to have a toxoplasmosis test because I was in the barn all the time, and the barn cats. I had a very high antibody to toxoplasmosis, and they were worried I had it when I was pregnant, which would be devastating to the baby. After all was said and done, they said I must have had it a long time ago, and just had high antibodies. I wonder if it has anything to do with my problems. I have had a flu shot for the last several years. I won’t do it anymore. I did get a little yucky feeling last time I got it for about 24 hours. I wonder about other things too but have not been tested. Went to my rheumatologist today to get the LDN and was told no. He really bust my bubble. I thought he would be ok with it. I called my regular MD, and hopefully he will say yes. I won’t go back to the rheumatologist. I don’t think any doctor should refuse to give medicine to someone who asks for it and has researched it, and nothing bad can happen. I am done with that one. I left him literature, and told him I could not understand why he would not be interesting in helping all his patients. He said he was open minded. If he calls me back then we know he is.
