Guest guest
, Actually, I have seen a chiropractor in the past. It was last year, for something else. When he would adjust my neck, it always hurt so he quit. But I really liked him and he did help my lower back some. My mother in law swears by her chiropractor. I do believe they can help people. Even a friend of mine called Tuesday and told me I should go. I did decide to go back to my regular doctor though instead and I'm glad I did. Thank you for taking time to write me about it. Have a great day! Phyllis Re: [ ] Re: CLORA---pain meds. Date: Tuesday, August 18, 2009, 4:29 PM My rheumy won't give me pain meds either. It's so frustrating! I have been dealing with neck pain for 3 weeks now. Rheumy said it was RA and go to physical therapy. Been to 5 sessions of PT and my darn neck is still hurting. Hurts so bad some days it gives me the worst headache! I got mad today, went to my regular doc. They took x-rays, just RA, BUT, they also said that I am having muscle cramps or the muscles are seizing up from the RA pain. So I got a Toradol shot and a prescription for muscle relaxers. Hopefully, this will help. I just don't understand the issues with pain meds. I do and I don't at the same time. Phyllis
