Hi all..this was in my paper on Sunday. Some states are involved in this,

some not. I live in Ohio and a friend of mine also was able to get hers in

WI. It's a free cellphone and you get 68 mins per month. You can carry

those minutes over. You need to be on one of the following: medicaid, food

stamps, ssi, natl school lunch program, genl assistance, disability

assistance, HEAP, SS Dis and/or works first programs.

Hope this helps some of you. I was able to get it. I signed up on sunday

and on monday, I was approved.

Enter your zip code at www.safelink.com or call 800-723-3546

Good luck..a

Ohio
