I just joined this group today. I tried to do intuitive eating on my

own once last year and did well for two months, until something

happened in my family and I lost it. After spinning out of control

again with my weight and food, I've decided to commit to making

intuitive eating a part of my life. I'm planning to tell family and

friends to make it more official and looking into getting a coach. I'm

really scared and don't trust my body yet, but I'm willing to try. I

believe that I'm worth it and see this as a committment to myself. I'm

so glad that there is a group available where we can support one

another on this journey.
