Hi .  Just a quick note about Iodine.  I didn't know I was allergic to

Iodine until I had a test in the hospital.  I had IV done for a test with the

Iodine, and boy did I get sick.  The radiologist came to see me, told me never

to eat shellfish, which I did rarely.  So be careful.  I never expected a

reaction like that.  When I was a child, they used to put Iodine on all cuts.

I have used iodine with great success. I would suggest you join the iodine

group on where you will learn all about its benefits and how to take.

Some people feel if you have Hashimoto's iodine should not be taken, others

feel you should. Lots of information in that group. BTW.. Lugol's Iodine is

the best.
