Guest guest
Hi it's Stacey and I am finally home. I had my surgery on 11 May. I went into the hospital in furt on 10 May and just got home yesterday. Everything went very well. They didn't tell my what time my surgery was and I was in the process writing my son (3) and love note. I didn't get to finish and I went into surgery in tears. Later my husband said they found my note and he did read it to . I am so thankful that everything went well and I am back home. Praise God. It was a little easier food wise in the hospital. They brought me what I was supposed to eat, when I was supposed to eat. I did eat alittle nervous when I first got home. I do have to remind myself to eat. I am having a hard time drinking water. It just does not settle with me. Everything else is fine. I just meddle though and it does get better. I did forget and took a few huge gulps of tea. I just stood there frozen, I was waiting for something really bad to happen. But, it didn't. I didn't even feel anything. Then silly me, starts to worry if I should have felt something and is something else wrong! I have learned to take small bites and eat slow. I will be on my liquid diet for 3 weeks. Surgeon was great. Hospital was ok. Thank you to everyone, for your kind words and prayers. Stacey
