Guest guest
I've been on it for 8+ months now. Keeping in mind that I'm an oddball, it only gives me about 2 weeks of relief. I just got my monthly infusion on Tuesday morning (yesterday) and the gals that do the infusions told me that they prepare over 200 Orencia infusions per month and that I am the only one they have had tell them that it isn't helping much. My rheumy just started me on sulfa-something-zine, hoping to extend my relief from two weeks out to at least 3 weeks. Guest guest
Hi : Glad your ins. company will cover your Orencia infusions. I wish you good luck, and hope it works well for you. Like Dalanne I take Sulfasalazine each day. I take 6 pills total. For me this with the MTX, Pred., and Placquenil I am pain free, and have been since last Oct. I just started a mild flare due to my decreasing Pred. I am back to my original dose of Pred., which is 10 mg. I am doing great. Who knows how long this will last, I am just very grateful for the time I have had. Wishing you success, and many pain free days ahead.
