Guest guest
Well crap it didn't say what they mean by " duration of breastfeeding " . I don't have any of the risks they mentioned so I guess I can't even find environment to blame based on this study. LOL Oh well, I was reaching anyway for something. > > Curr Opin Rheumatol. 2009 Mar 21. > > > Environmental influences on risk for rheumatoid arthritis. > > > Liao KP, Alfredsson L, Karlson EW. > aBrigham and Women's Hospital, Boston, Massachusetts, USA bKarolinska > Institutet, Sweden cStockholm Center for Public Health, Stockholm > County Council, Stockholm, Sweden. > > > PURPOSE OF REVIEW: To examine new environmental factors and provide > updates on known risk factors for rheumatoid arthritis (RA) in the > past 2 years (2006-2008). Guest guest
Thanks , Well that probably doesn't apply to me either. I breastfed my kids an entire year. Have a bunch of kids so that should have kept me from getting RA in itself. LOL Who knows but know what I mean. LOL I sometimes wonder where they come up with some of these studies. I know they are good but some things just sound so out there. I just wish they would use the money in better places like a cure. > > Well crap it didn't say what they mean by " duration of breastfeeding " . Guest guest
Go Figure!! I tried breastfeeding both of my children and didn't make it past 4-6 weeks either time. One more feather in my cap of reasons for having RA. Oh well.....Doreen > > Well crap it didn't say what they mean by " duration of > > breastfeeding " .
