Nat, doesn't that just make you feel bad for them? I find that I've

become hyper-aware of those kind of statements now. I think it's

because I'm trying so hard to shake that mentality myself.

Hi,Yesterday I went to the doctor and had to step on the scale. Of course I was terrified. Well, I am...the same weight, despite allowing myself eating bagels, chips, pizza, bacon, chocolate and drinking beer. I was also reading that magazine, the name is Allure, I think, and there was an article about women who were able to lose weight. Some of those women were not even overweight! They were saying: my boyfriend caugth me eating chips, I felt so guilty, I should do better than that, bla bla bla. Well, they sound very strange to me, and I saw them almost like ill people. (I know this sounds a little jugemental.. sorry.) I guess ie is making its way somewhere inside myself...Nat

Congratulations Nathalie! That is a nice 'step' on your IE journey :)

The scale didn't 'defeat' you and you know that chips are FOOD too.

I'd say you are miles (or kilometers!) ahead of those 'thin' gals in

that magazine. Plus you are enjoying life more too - BON!!
