I also associate the RA kicking in full force after severe stress and menopause

hit at the same time.  I've started bio-identical hormones in hopes to relieve

some of the stress on my body.  Some stress we just cannot remove, such as a

child in serious legal trouble, etc.

 

I had small signs of trouble that would disappear again for many years, but

really kicked in full force with physical and emotional stressors

, I have been considering trying the bioidentical hormones. Let me know

what you think. My RA kicked in right after a hysterectomy with removal of
