Guest guest
Hi Betty: Such a lovely pastoral scene while you drink your coffee. My new back yard is all palm tree's and Live Oak tree's, etc. Have many singing birds each day. I too, love nature. It is very peaceful in our new house and yard. That is how I feel today, peaceful. I hope you have a better day, and that your pain level decreases. Wishing you many pain free days ahead. Hugs, Barbara > > good morning all, > i'm sitting here trying to wake up, on my second cup of coffee.scared to move much yet, don't know what will be hurting the most, back or knees.... lol....usually can't straighten out too good with my back, for the first few hrs, every morning. > it is a beautiful morning, the sun is out for a change. we've had so much rain lately. but it is good, we were in a drought for the last few yrs. > from where i am i can see my bird feeder, and my humming bird feeder also.i've got them on the porch where i can look out the window at them. old yellow tom cat is checking them out too, he's trying to be real sneaky. > > i hope you all have a good day. > > > > BETTY > > PRAY FOR OUR TROOPS > > MAY NO SOLDIER GO UNLOVED, MAY NO SOLDIER WALK ALONE, MAY NO SOLDIER BE FORGOTTEN, UNTIL THEY ALL COME HOME. > > SOLDIER'S ANGELS > > > >
Guest guest
God bless you betty, I can certainly relate to the stiffness and pain in the morning. only after the bathroom I have to go down 2 sets of stairs, tall stairs. I just lean against the wall and take a sideways step one slow step at a time, I'm told it looks real funny, my son calls it the crabwalk. I am very careful coming down the stairs because I have fallen down them three times. I have an old victorian mantion built in 1888. Well to me it is a mantion(spelling?) I tell my wife if we ever get another house it will be a single level home or at least have the bedrooms and main living quarters all on the same floor. As far as my family, they are understanding and helpfull, I truely am blessed. I am only 43yrs old and been married to my soal mate for 19 years and our marrage just keeps getting better, it is like God made us especially for each other, we have one 17 yr old son who was just dxed with juvenile diabetes typ 1 in june of last year. It was shortly after that I was dxed with RA, I don’t know what I would do without my family. The doctor just started me on Enbrel 3 weeks ago and so far it seems to be helping, What I notice the most Is coming down the stairs Seems to be a little easier, I certainly hope This means that the medicine is working good. I am hopeful. Being a counselor one thing I can tell you is to keep a positive attitude, I know that sometimes it is hard. Mood affects RA and RA can most definitely affect mood, they do feed on each other. Love and prayers to you dear. ....Randy....
