Whenever I have either balance problems, or some degree of leg weakness, I

frequently have foot problems. According to my PT people, it is a

compensatory issue - that is, due to other problems, I land on my feet

differently, stressing them in ways that are not normal.

If you have someone around with strong enough hands, and a willingness to

do so, a foot massage does wonders. Those vibrating foot baths also help,

though not as much.

Of course, I think a foot massage ANY time is a wonderful thing! :-)
