Guest guest
Alright, so I'm not sure what I was thinking, but after 3 years of part-time work, I went back full-time last week. The thing is, mornings and I do not get along. I am very much a morning person, but my body just won't cooperate. UGH!! I hate hurting while trying to get myself and my daughter redy for another day. I'll be adding insult to injury in a few weeks as we will not be homeschooling this coming school year either. I will have to be up and ready earlier to make sure she is on time for school. Now.....how do I convince my body to work for me correctly and nicely early in the morning??? (I'm sure thats a question everyone wants to know the answer to...LOL) Off to work. Hope you all have a pain free day. Take care.
Guest guest
Before I was no longer able to work anymore, I would set alarm for an hour earlier. Take pain meds and go back to sleep. Hope you all have a pain free day. Take care. I have two kids, one in daycare and one going into 3rd grade. What has helped me most in the mornings is to get them dressed the night before! They roll out of bed almost ready to go - I have them hit the bathroom, eat breakfast, brush teeth and hair, put on shoes and we are out the door. Hmmm, when I put it that way it doesn't seem like it would make that much difference but it does. No arguments in the morning or running around trying to find what to wear, which I think are what really wipe me out in the morning and eat up precious time. J. Guest guest
Ah yes, this is a trick single guys have been using across the country for years. My contribution was that if you pass out, er...I mean go to sleep on the porch the open air will freshen up those clothes so you can put changes off for a couple of days! Stan, Seattle, Sun!
