i am on orencia.but was getting infusions of antibiotics for a ut infections,

had a pic inserted

in my arm did both together  my doc said it was ok. check with yours first.

Can I take the remicaid while on oral antibviotics for infection prevention?

I could not get my infusion of Remicade while on antibiotics. The infusion

center has protocol and when you call there, they should tell you how much

time need to elapse. I'm thinking it was two weeks after being done with

the antibiotics, but I'm not positive.

If u had an infection it would be a different story....

I have implants and was on every three week remicaide...it wasn't a problem.
