Advice pls - Blood Pressure Cuff to get reading HURTS

Hi Guys:

Does this happen to anybody else? Everytime i go to the doc, I get a b/p taken.

Since my RA, it hurts so much I want to cry, I get anxiety and palpitations and

well, it really hurts. The last 4 times, I got a high B/P reading. I never had

high B/P in my life, and I feel its never an accurate read because just the mere

action of them taking it raises my B/P, my heart races, etc....

Any suggestion? My doc wants me to addresss my high b/p situation and I never

had it before. I dont think I am getting an accurate read cause it hurts so

much.

I dont believe I really do hav high b/p.
