I am Harold - that is why my doc has me on Arava instead of methotrexate. Can't

say if it's the daily wine that is helping or the Arava - I'll stick with the

wine just in case!

Sounds good to me! I'm all for research! For how long do we have to do this?

Can we add chips or pretzels to the table? Thanks for that bit of

I already drink wine so I will continue with it and the protocol.

I can do that 10 days a month...going to keep notes, every couple days have a

glass....wine makes my reflux worse...but hey...may help the inflammation...

If nothing else, we may feel happier :>)
