New to this and suffering

As I posted a few days ago, I am new to this, and I am suffering something awful

for the past 2 days.

I am currently taking Methotrexate, Arthrotec (sp), methylprednisolone (Medrol),

Folic Acid and Darvocet N.

I also?received a 160ml. Depo-Medrol injection on Monday.

I have only had 1 dose of Methotrexate....and that was Wednesday.

I have hurt so bad yesterday and today, I have barely been able to get around

the house.? I am running low grade fever and sweating like a dog.?

I do not know what to do.

I do not know how to relieve the pain.

And I do not know what is causing the fever or the sweating.

Any information or suggestion is very much appreciated.
